This paper is my research work on to make a city self dependant on water demand as we know that because of glowal warming rainfal will be reduced, glaciar of Himalyas depleted by 50% & in 2020 in river Ganga there would not be glaciar water she would carry rainwater only. So mankind has to make his own arrangment for water. As per my view we should consume 20% from ground water, 40% from Lake/pond 40% from river but individual can arrange their 30% from storage tank.
