Description

On June 23, 2009, The Telegraph (UK) published
"Heimlich manoeuvre - a chokehold on life or death" by medical columnist Dr. James LeFanu: http://tinyurl.com/lgb2nh

The article included what I consider to be factual errors and a glaring omission so I contacted Dr. LeFanu. He told me to get lost so I contacted William Lewis, editor of The Telegraph.

I've posted all correspondence to date plus a copy of Dr. LeFanu's article which, at this writing and as referenced in the July 6, 2009 letter from The Telegraph, has been removed from the Telegraph's website.

For contrast, here's how the Voice of America handled a corrections request from me (which, incidentally, Dr. LeFanu references in his June 25 e-mail to me): http://tinyurl.com/nvnyxx
