Here's the Supreme Court order signed by Hon. Joseph Teresi that required Darrel Aubertine and all senators to be in the capital for "special sessions' called by the governor to resolve Albany's leadership standoff.
The language is pretty clear and unambiguous that Senators must meet, and shouldn't be excused for personal "business," as Aubertine claims.
