As a service to the Skyblue Mesa families, the PTO has arranged to have Don Hagopian Photography come to our school to take family portraits. The sitting fee for this event is $25.00. You will also have the opportunity to choose from a variety of poses and packages and Skyblue Mesa will receive 10% of any purchases made. Heres how the program works: 1. Complete the form below and return it with your sitting fee of $25.00 (checks made payable to Skyblue Mesa PTO) to the school by Friday, Oct. 4th. Appointment forms without sitting fees will be returned unprocessed. The $25.00 sitting fee is limited to a group of 8 people. If you have more than 8 people in your group another $25.00 sitting fee will be charged for each additional 8 people.

2. You will be contacted to confirm the date and time of your sitting. Appointments will be scheduled every 15 minutes from 4:00pm-7:00pm on Wednesday and Thursday. We will try to schedule your sitting as close as possible to the time you request. It is very important that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. There are no refunds for missed appointments. 3. You will view your proofs that evening and you have the choice of placing your order that evening OR you can take your proofs home and mail in your order directly to the company. Skyblue Mesa will receive 10% of any purchases made.
