Civil servants play a crucial role in improving government through web 2.0 possibilities and mindset. In bringing civilservants 2.0 together, letting them share experiences, educating them and discussing future developments with them we can empower civil servants to play an important role in making government more parcipitative and moreefficient. This important role of enthusiastic civil servants is often neglected. Civil Servant 2.0 aimes at using their knowledgeand passion for their work to bring about a government 2.0.
