Research unapplied and misapplied payments and adjust accordingly to ensure accurate reporting of accounts receivable. Review customer status for delinquent accounts and initiate collection action. Essential Functions: Complete cycle billing process and related financial reporting. Review customer contracts to ensure new and existing customer invoices are accurate and consistent with contractual terms. Research and resolve billing system operational issues. Process month end files for Collection and AR clean up. Processing monthly credit memos and the appropriate reporting. Perform cash application functions consisting of lockbox deposits, credit cards, and ACH/wires, accurately, and in a timely manner.
