The Bring Hollywood Home Foundation the first grassroots leadership in the state to form a 501C 4 to fight job outsourcing has launched a private Bring Hollywood Home Film Fund #1 to bring independent productions back to California. The advisory board of the new film fund will
 
review projects that have the capability for national domestic theatrical distribution and foreign pre sales. The Bring Hollywood Home Film Fund #1 will look for films in the 3 to 10 milliondollar range to give the first 30% hard money if the production is a good risk for investors to thefund and if the production can raise the needed 70% within six months from approval by the board.All applicants will be scrutinized for viability. "We are confident there are so many actors, producers, and directors who want to work in California they will bring their best projects to usso they can work at home and be at home for their families health and welfare," said SharonHardee Jimenez president and founder of the Bring Hollywood Home Foundation. Iconic actor and Latino International Film Festival founder Edward James Olmos was the first to present two projects he would like to film in California.Sharon Hardee Jimenez, founder president Bring Hollywood Home Foundation tells the newsconference at the Sunset Marquee that the private Bring Hollywood Home Film Fund is a start to bring independent production back to the state of California.
 
 Bill Duke a former member of the California Film Commission is now Secretary of the BringHollywood Home Foundation. Bill Duke told the news conference he worked with ClintEastwood and Danny DiVito to try and win support for the film industry in Sacramento in the past and the Bring Hollywood Home Film Fund #1 offering a private fund for independent productions offers a path to success for producers to be able to work where they live.
