No Person except a natural bornCitizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of thisConstitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall anyperson be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
I want to know who, in the State of Florida, is legally responsible to assure that all candidates for President of the United States meet this US Constitutional requirement
before
their names are placed upon the next Official Florida ballot? It is evident that our current president does not meet this requirement by his insistence upontotally sealing his official birth, passport and educational records from public scrutiny as well asyour offices visual verification, assuming this is and if not should be, your responsibility.I am seeking documented assurance from your office that every candidate for the office of President of the United States in the 2012 Florida elections will be required to unseal all birth andall passport records for your verification and pubic review before any name is placed upon aFlorida ballot in the future.I have just ended a phone conversation with Mr. Gary Holland of your legal council’s office andhe advised that your office has
no legal authority
to do so and will require new legislation, which seems rather absurd to me.Would it be an
illegal act
for you to do so under the authority of the US Constitution and existingFlorida law? If so, which Florida statute prevents you from doing so?Please clarify whether the suggested new legislation is
required to permit

you to comply withthe US Constitution
or rather to show public evidence that you are being forced to do so?
Political correctness should not and does not supersede Article II, Section 1 of the USConstitution.SincerelyRobert QuinnCopy - Senator Paula Dockery, Representative John Wood, Election Supervisor Lori Edwards.
