In my home I like my things to serve many purposes. So when I set my hand to crafting something for an Alter or a table I stay true to my nature.I love the Autumn season .With its chillier nights ,colors and smells ,you can feel the witchy energy flowing.I created this centerpiece to grace a home and honor Mabon,Samhain and the Autumn season. It measures 15" across and is 12" in height so it needs space . Lol you cant really see this but its made in a shallow leaf shaped basket that has legs so the arrangment sits about 2 inchs off the table.Dried flowers are fragile so theyre safer cradled in the basket a few inches above it all.
I started by gluing a 6 inch wreath form into the bottom of the basket so my arrangment was secure. This gave me a frame to work with and something to hold my candle vase securely in place once it was finished . Im honoring second harvest , third harvest ,along with Autumn and Thanksgiving , what a task! It needs to invoke all the magics of those special days and blend with the changing themes that come with them. Only the best blossoms from my garden will do for this! So out come my boxes ,bundles and bags ,the search is on. After a frenzy of pulling in boxs my choices were finally made ........ Oak leaves were first on as the bottom layer . (because the leaves are large & sturdy) Then came big drifts of Hydrangea . The next "layer "was Lavender , Golden Rod ,Moss and Yarrow, these filled in the spaces and looked great while lending their powers to my mix.
I topped it off with fragrant heads of Basil .(to appease the fairies) Roses of all colors, Echinacea cones and the star like seed pods of Columbine.Yumm it smells divine!
To light this candle is to invoke happiness, comfort, love, protection and abundance. Not to mention how happy you make the fairies .And face it your headed into Samhain with fairies in the house you want them happy! So at last the basket is finished and my livingroom is a wreck! But my centerpiece ....Tis perfect for a Mabon /Samhain alter and makes a lovely centerpiece for the holiday table ;) Basil exorcism, love, protection, prosperity, wealth Columbine courage, love Goldenrod prosperity, money, divination Hydrangea invokes magic ,breaks hexes Moss luck, money Oak protection, health, money, healing, potency, fertility, luck Yarrow healing, divination, exorcism, protection, courage, love, psychic powers Rose beauty, protection, purification, love, psychic powers, healing, divination, peace Lavender protection, call in good spirits, love, sleep, longevity, purification, happiness, peace, healing
Today I wanted to post about kids, because I am seeing their young faces on news, I am reading about them in the newspaper, I am grieving their end of life. And for those who still remain... I want to lift them up, I want to shine love and light on them trapped in their darkness , those who feel lost in their life, those who feel worthless and less. today I talk about them and ask you to do the same to hold space for the young people in our country and in our community. those who are struggling .......hold space for them , a space of love, light and hope that they matter. that they are important ,that they will not always feel this small. there stories are close to my heart they have been stories in my personal life too and some of those I hold dear..... If you see someone doing something "to get attention" BELIEVE THEM !, Do not ignore them. do not dismiss them, do not turn away from them. Please..engage with them, reach out to them , look at them..and really see them and when you do, let them know that you see them. We cannot stop someone from taking their life We can not stop someone from harming themselves We cannot stop someone from thinking they are less BUT We can tell them what they mean to us We can tell them we will miss them if they go We can tell them what it will be like to be left behind with them in our lives We can tell them how we feel about them... over and over and over again this we can do. we can be a light of love for others. hugssss
Time
Posted by Sunshine-Chayenna
Time can feel so short, or long When we lost our hope and faith And sometimes, Any of us feel stuck, In the timeline of the moment We can felt alone, By somebody we care or loved. But never forget You are not ignored by everyone There will be always somebody Who take care of you Who love you unconditionally. It might come with the smile of a little child It might come with a sunray that shine on your face. It can be everyone, you meet in the moment And this Earth Angel Will always show you How you can find your own light again This Earth Angel Will show you with his actions That you never be alone For a short time he take your hand And walk with you on the Journey of life Nobody is alone in the universe Nobody walk alone on earth Their will be always an Earth Angel around you That helps you to make your new step That helps you to walk a new path That helps you to find your hope and faith again. His coming of age and their Union will produce the fruitfulness of the fields and the bounty of the harvest to come. ALMONDS--if you have an almond tree (you're very lucky!) Use the flowers to decorate the altar. You may also use some of the ground bark in your incense. Almond has a long history as a Religious herb and if offered as incense in sacrificial rites sacred to Artemis, Hecate and Zeus. It is the source from which Aaron, the high priest of the Hebrews selected his magickal wand. In Greek myth, Phyllis was abandoned by her lover Domophoon and the Gods, unable to bear her grieving over this, transformed her into the Almond. When he came back to her he found only the Almond. It is said that when he feels sufficiently guilty for having left her and he embraces the tree that it then bursts into leaf and bloom. Almond is used to today to capture the essence of love which survives through all strife. CINQUEFOIL--add some to the ritual cup and/or incense. Litha: June 21 or 22 Well, we all know it isn't mid-summer at all...not by the present day calender anyway...it is June 21, the beginning of summer but since people of old did not actually count summer as a season, rather a natural progression of spring, it is no longer the middle of the growing season. This is also the longest day of the year. FENNEL--tie together bunches and hang them around your home, the Circle and/or the altar as it is considered an herb of Protection for the home and family.
HEMP--if you've got some..share with me! This is the night to try out the time honored and very quaint spell of sowing hemp seeds around the church at mid-night. The intended purpose of this has something to do with love...I say something because sources will say doing this will cause you to either...1)dream of your true love and who he/she will be or already is...2)the first person you meet the next day is your true love...3)your true love will come and stand beneath your window while you sleep. Take your pick and let me know the results. In the Pagan/Wiccan religions hemp is an herb of Vision. This does not mean smoke pot all the time, rather that it is reserved for those times of divination alone and for this purpose the fresh juice of the plant should be used rather than smoking a joint. Lughnassadh: August 2 Now we begin the cycle of the harvest. The fields have been planted, the fruits have come forth, this is the first of the harvest festivals. It is also the time when the Sun-God slowly begins his downward spiral into Death. The nights are growing longer and although we still toil in the gardens the night are cool and the work is not mindful. Now we harvest and work to gather the crops of material and spiritual natures until the frosts of autumn set in.
FENUGREEK--is used at this time to invoke the waning Sun God. It is sacred to Apollo and will bring His wisdom to one's heart. FRANKINCENSE--is used to cense the gardens or fields at this time to celebrate the beginning of the harvest. HEATHER--is used to decorate the Circle or altar, if this is not available you may use other grains such as wheat, rye, and the like. HOLLYHOCK--one long stalk should be carried into the Sacred Circle by the children of the group at the beginning of the ritual procession to the fields. In this respect it will bring the ability to flourish again to the fields when laid upon them. MISTLETOE--two berries...and no more than that!.. should be added to the ritual cup. This will bring fertility to all who drink from the cup, fertility of the body as well as the mind and the spirit. It will bring creativity through the coming winter. OAK--adorn the altar and circle with oak leaves. Grind the bark for use in the incense. Oak is sacred to the Romans and the Druids. It sacred to Jupiter, Zeus, Blodeuwedd and Odin. However, if you may gather the mistletoe, it is considered the most magickal of all mistletoe. PRODUCE--bring some of the produce you have grown in your own garden to the altar as an offering to the deities. SUNFLOWER--use this in decoration or any other manner which you would like to. It is wonderful to add sunflower petals to the ritual bath prior to rite, it brings increased happiness into your life and attracts joy and fills the spaces which re empty or sorrowful. It is an herb of Immortality and carries the virtues of adoration and worship. It is used to honor all Sun Gods, particularly Apollo and is said to be a patron herb for Leos and Virgos. Acacia, Blackberry, Calendula, Crab Apple, Grapes, Heather, Pear, Rose, Sandalwood, Sloe. Mabon: September 21 Now our harvest is almost complete, all but the hardiest fruits and vegetables have been harvested and are being canned, dried or stored in another fashion for the coming winter. It is the night of Balance, when all has come to the focal point of the Center and now begins its long swing toward the winter months. This is the night when the Pagan Sun-God now actually begins His journey to the Sumerlands and dies off during the coming months awaiting to be reborn at Yuletide.

Samhain: October 31 or November 1 The last of the Pagan Harvest festivals. We now take in the last of the cold crops and take stock of that we have, ensuring there is enough to last us through the coming coldness of winter. We make the last of our preserves, dry the last of our herbs, can the last of the fruits and so on.
It is the night when the Sun-God enters the Summerland bringing the souls who have departed that year with Him. It is the night we celebrate our Ancestors, Those Who Have Gone Before. The night when we ask Those to speak with us, to tell us of themselves, to show us our paths and for High Divination purposes. ACORNS--at this time of year they are symbolic of the Life Within, the life yet to be fulfilled. APPLES--are used in the Feast and the bark from the tree is ground and used in the incense. 5.Crystals can help protect and cleanse your energy. The most obvious one is quartz crystal, but I remember a lady coming to see me who wore a smoky quartz Vogel crystal. I couldnt get into her energy until Id asked permission of the crystal and it somehow checked my energy out. Amethyst is also a great cleanser if you work on a computer. Place a cluster on or need the computer to neutralize the electromagnetic energy it transmits. One the subject of computers you can also use plants to soak up the vibrations. 6.Although this is usually for grounding it feels like hugging a tree will help to protect you. 7.One day I watched a performance and felt some strange energy coming from one of the performers. I asked spirit to protect me. Immediately two people stood up in front of two either side of me, then someone came to stand behind me. I was protected from all sides. It is something so simple that we tend to forget but very powerful. So, if you feel that you need cleansing or protection just ask your guides for help. They might send a thunderstorm so just be careful what you ask for! 8.I use a wonderful gift from Aura Soma called the Serapis Bey Quintessence. It is in liquid form and cleanses both my auric field and my space. You can make a spray from water and aromatherapy oils such as rosemary, which is cleansing, lavender, also cleansing and protective, or any oil you intuitively feel will help diminish negative energy. 9.From a protective standpoint you can also use a blue bubble with lilac flames on its edges. These are the Guardian Angel colors so will help protect you or you space from harm. 10.Sound is an effective cleanser. Clapping your hands, using bells, chimes, crystal bowls, music, singing, anything that has a vibrational energy that can change stagnant energy helps. 11.Blessing is a simple way to cleanse and protect. You can say a blessing or prayer, you can bless water and infuse it with your light and healing and then drink it, or spritz with it or sprinkle it throughout your space. These are just a few suggestions to help give you some ideas of ways to cleanse and protect. I have some further information on the articles page. Youll find some energy exercises to help you if you work as healers, and a meditation to help bring in protective light, ground and center you for the day.

Air is all around us. It fills our lungs and gives us life. Air tosses the colors of the world into disarray in the fall. It is cool and warm, heavy and light. It carries on it the smells of nature and is forever within us. Fire is warm in the cold, light in the dark, and purifying. Fire can burn, and it can heal, it can destroy and create. Fire is my enemy, and my friend. It can kill, and it can save. Fire burns forever. And the passion that drives the flame never dies. Water is life and death, light and dark, hard and soft. Water is past, present and future. It is liquid, solid and gas. It is gentle as rain and terrible in its force. It is all knowing; it holds the deepest secrets. Earth is strong and steady, full of nurturance. Earth is our Mother. She is always there for us, and we can draw strength from her. For each bit of mud, each stick and stone; are blood and muscle, skin and bone. Spirit is what makes us us. Separate but not, bound but unbound. Spirit leads us to help others in times of need. Then suddenly in the silence, you feel youve been inspired. Its in the hands of spirit; it has been from the start, in the quiet meditation, in the stillness of your heart.
See what it looks like in as much detail as you can. It might be an opening in a wooded area, or a gazebo by a lake or anywhere that you find pleasing and relaxing. Keep walking until you arrive at the place. Breathe deeply in your sacred place and decide what you will put here. You might want to put an altar of some kind or your magic books or special artifacts or magical tools. Feel yourself being in this place you have created and spend as much time as you can there. When you are done, retrace the steps you took to get there and return to where you started. You can then return again and again to this same place anytime you wish or need a getaway. I find sometimes in the middle of a particularly stressful day that just seeing the place in my mind and anticipating the next time I can go there helps to calm things down for me. 3. Sacred Circle Find a place either inside or outside that is at least 3 feet in diameter. Burn sage in a firebowl, smudge stick, or incense burner. Starting in the east direction, carry your firebowl or smudge stick and walk towards the south creating a circle using the smoke until you return to the east. You can also use a chalice (tool of the magical element of water) with spring water in it and a pinch of sea salt (representing magical element of earth) and go over the circle you created with your smoke, sprinkling the water. Then starting in the east direction invite each of the Winds into your circle in this order, Winds of the East, Winds of the South, Winds of the West, Winds of the North and finally invite Sky Father and Earth Mother into your circle. You can use this space you have now created to meditate, perform a ceremony of some type, drum, chant or just sit with the higher powers you have invited in. When you are done, remember to thank each of these higher powers for being there and bid them farewell starting with the Winds of the East, then south, west, north, Sky Father and Earth Mother. Creating Sacred space gives us a way to experience peace, serenity and a connection with the higher. It is necessary for anyone following a spiritual path of any kind and allows us access to third force and our inner voice or spirit. Spending time in your sacred space is healing for body, mind and spirit. So give it a try, "Sacred Space, take me away".
Some incense ingredients will be easier to grind, than others. Some, will take a little practice to find just the right method. Experiment and find out what works best for you. Sometimes, you may even find that it is easier, if you don't fight so hard, when grinding. Be flexible. If you have to grind a stone, you might try smashing the stone with a hammer, first. Then, grind the smashed stone to a fine powder in a metal mortar. If hand grinding your incense ingredients is plainly distasteful, you have arthritis, or you just don't have time, you can always use an electric coffee grinder(do not use the grinder for stones). If you are creating your own incense recipes or blends, be sure to write down every ingredient, what quantity, and what you visualized, as you go along, so you can recreate this incense in the future. Incense has been smoldering somewhere in the world for thousands of years. It has been used for religious, and magical purposes, even as an air deodorizer, much as it is today. It is a wonderful way to change or set a particular mood. All organic matter has it's own inherent energy or vibration, as well as planetary and elemental correspondences. In making ones own magical incense, the magician chooses ingredients that will have the energies needed to manifest the goal. For a love incense recipe, you would choose ingredients that are known for promoting or attracting love. These energies may be used alone, or blended to add power to the magic work. A cleansing incense recipe might be used to clear a space of all negativity prior to the magikal work, as well. In ritual, the energies are released through smoldering, and become accessible to the magician to use towards manifesting the desired magickal goal. BLENDING YOUR INCENSE INGREDIENTS Now, that you have all your herbs, resins, crystals, barks, flowers, etc. finely powdered and filled with intent, you are ready to mix and blend them into a finished product. Take all your incense ingredients, one by one, and add them to the large bowl. As you add each ingredient, mix them together with your fingers, visualizing the intended outcome as you do. Add your own power of intention, coming off your hands and blending with the energies of the incense in the bowl.
Know that your will is infusing the incense with the energy to help manifest the magical goal. Now you are ready to add any oils or liquids to your blend. You won't need very much, just a few drops is usually sufficient. If you are making a large amount of incense, and you are short a powdered ingredient, but have that oil on hand, it is usually fine to substitute a couple of drops of oil for the herb. Blend the oils and/or liquids into your incense, visualizing as you go. Some incense will call for a particular stone, as an ingredient. Usually, you only need a very small pinch, to give the effect. Add this in last, visualizing as you do. If you only want to boost your incense, you can normally add a pinch of amber, as it is an all around power booster. Dragon's Blood resin is also used in this way. Place the finished product in an airtight container, and mark it plainly with name and date. Keep it in a cool dark place. When you are ready to use your incense, just light a charcoal tablet, fan for a minute, then add a teaspoon or so of incense to the top of the tablet. If your incense recipes are being used for a spell or ritual, a tablet will burn for at least 30 minutes so you can light it at any time, and add the incense later.

Author Annie Finch In the season leaves should love, since it gives them leave to move through the wind, towards the ground they were watching while they hung, legend says there is a seam stitching darkness like a name. Now when dying grasses veil earth from the sky in one last pale wave, as autumn dies to bring winter back, and then the spring, we who die ourselves can peel back another kind of veil that hangs among us like thick smoke. Tonight at last I feel it shake. I feel the nights stretching away thousands long behind the days, till they reach the darkness where all of me is ancestor. I turn my hand and feel a touch move with me, and when I brush my young mind across another, I have met my mother's mother. Sure as footsteps in my waiting self, I find her, and she brings arms having answers for me, intimate, a waiting bounty. "Carry me." She leaves this trail through a shudder of the veil, and leaves, like amber where she stays, a gift for her perpetual gaze.
Like blood; when energy becomes congested, it causes the auric stream to become clogged. Like platelets sticking together in our blood stream before it forms a full blown clot. When these congested areas of energy grow larger, it blocks the circulation and eventually this will show up physiologically. It exacerbates depression, anxiety, physical sickness. In my belief, it often precipitates it. For when we are experiencing energy blockages, our first line of defense is compromised. Our major chakras or energy centers become sluggish and then we have even more problems. For our energy centers are like major arteries and veins. When they are sluggish we cant feel our best and emotionally we cannot cope as well as if they were open and flowing. And so, I come to this. The simplest and most efficient way I know of keeping the aura circulating and cutting down on energy blockages. Step one: Sit comfortably or lie down. You can burn candles and incense or play music softly in the background if you like it. I do burn candles and incense if it is possible simply because it puts me in mind frame that is open to circulating my aura. A kind of signal for me to focus on this moment. But it is not necessary nor does it make the practice any more effective. Tell yourself that you are going to circulate your aura. Take three deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling deeply. Step two: Think of being in a group of trees on a sunny day. And in one spot a ray of bright sunshine peeks through the leaves and branches. Think about this focused ray of sun entering the top of your head. Feel the power of this light and its warmth as it goes through a spot on your crown down into your body. Now think of it traveling down a long pipe down the middle of your body. Image the pipe extending down into the ground. Here we are grounding the energy and mixing it. The earth is a powerful organism. Filled with energy. We are all connected to it. Now think of the energy coming back up from the ground and moving into both feet. Focus on your feet, ankles and legs. Feel the energy moving up your body through your legs and then the upper part. Feel its path as it goes up to the top of your head and then out.
Feel the energy move out of the top of your head. It will go above and then part in the middle. It begins to flow down each side of your body, flowing until it comes into your feet again. As you feel the energy flowing into your feet again, stop and take three deep breaths. As you breath, feel the energy moving up your leg and into the upper part of your body. When you feel it reach the area where the solar plexus is located, stop and allow yourself to gather all the worries and troubled feelings you have. As the energy moves upward through your head, think of it traveling straight up. Taking with it all the worries and troubled feelings you have. Straight up into another place beyond the this reality and environment. A place of healing, and higher vibrational energy. I, personally, image it going to The Source of us all. But that is up to each individual. It can go to God/Goddess, Creator, Guidance, Source, Jesus, Buddha, Allah, Shekinah, Shiva, Vishnu, Holy Spirit. Whatever you consider your Higher Source. Step Three: In a few minutes you may feel a sense of heaviness at the crown at the top of your head. Inhale deeply and think of yourself pulling the energy in your head and feeling it going down. Exhale as it breaks up in its density and continues to travel through your body. Inhale and exhale deeply as it moves down to your feet, down into the ground and back up through your body. When it gets back up to the top of your head, think of the stream of energy splitting and going down the sides of your bodyand back into your body through your feet. After this it should be circulating well. Cleansed, refreshed and recharged. If you are a bit light headed..think of it going back down into the ground and back up. Things to Remember: The energy of the aura circulates all the time but sometimes life in this plane is stressful and our emotional reactions and stressors slow the flow. At times it becomes more sluggish if we are working through some trauma or issue to the point of developing a blockage. Deliberately circulating (focusing on it) your aura at least once a day will begin to clear some of these blockages and prevent newer ones. You will feel better afterward. With an increased sense of wellbeing and calm. It will not make your problems, fears or anxieties go magically away. But it will assist you to meeting these challenges with a firmer stance, a clearer head with calmer emotions. This is a very basic yet powerful exercise. You can do this anywhere and anytime. Especially once you get used to doing this. You will find yourself doing it automatically after a time. Once a day is fine but more is alright too. A strong aura is such an asset for over all health on all levels. And always protect you and your aura when in a crowd of people by thinking of yourself surrounded by a bright and warm healing light. One that protects you from lower vibrational energies and emotionally draining people and situations. Filtered so you can sense your surroundings for discernment but the unhealthy energies will not pull or mix with yours.
Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Ismena Clout has had breast cancer for nine years, and for much of this time she suffered in silence about the huge changes to her body.
Diagnosed at the age of 29, she underwent a single mastectomy but didn't have reconstructive surgery as her cancer was aggressive and she urgently needed chemotherapy, and then "I just wanted to get on and live". Afterwards, she kept her angst about her altered appearance to herself. "I didn't make the most of the help that was on offer, and that affected me quite heavily afterwards," she explains. The treatment had also caused her to gain weight, and she adds: "I'd also lost my beautiful long hair that I'd had my entire life, so everything had gone. "I went into a big depression, and I can attribute a lot of that to needing to find who I was again." Nearly three years ago, after more than six years in remission, Clout, who lives in London, found she had secondary breast cancer. It's in her bones, liver, and a lymph node in her chest. Although it wasn't in her remaining breast, she elected to have it removed 18 months ago, because she "wanted to be even". She doesn't wear a prosthesis, and says she picks clothes to distract from her chest. "A bit of fantastic jewellery, a brightly-coloured scarf, a well-structured dress, and people don't notice," she says. She's also had her left mastectomy scar tattooed, to cover it up and make it "more interesting". "Being feminine is about highlighting what's best in yourself, it can be everything. It's so much more than just a pair of boobs. We have to make the most of who we are and what we have," she adds. Full of positivity and life, despite being on strong painkillers and just having started another round of chemotherapy, former facilities manager Clout, now 39, has even begun a new career as a motivational speaker. She urges anyone dealing with the aftermath of breast cancer to use all the help available, and explains that while of course she's very glad to be alive, the illness is more than just a life or death issue. "Quality of life is important too," she stresses. "I want to be able to enjoy the life I have. I want my confidence back, I want to go out and look fabulous, I want to feel like I'm a woman and have my femininity.
"It's so hard because breast cancer affects all the main areas classed as the most feminine - your hair, weight, breasts. Saying 'Aren't you just happy to be alive?' is far too simple." It occurs when cancer cells spread from the primary tumour in the breast to another part of the body. It can be treated and controlled, but is incurable. Secondary breast cancer commonly occurs in the bones, liver, lungs, and sometimes the brain, or near the original primary cancer site. However, if it recurs near the location of the primary cancer, it can be treated with a view to getting rid of it again. "It's very much a disease that you live with these days," stresses Clout. "Here I am, three years after the secondary cancer diagnosis, and I'm doing really well, completely defying the statistics. "Of course, my main priority's staying alive, that the treatments work, being able to walk confidently out the door and not worry that I'll be in pain or fall over. "But I want to look good doing it too - I still want people to look at me and say, 'She's a hot woman'. "Femininity is what's inside, it's who you are. Don't let the disease take that away from you." For the most nastiest of Ghosts, negative spirits, and demons you should first try having your home blessed by a priest, or other holy figure. Even if you are not religious you can still have blessings performed in your home. If that has little or no affect on the paranormal entity or entities, your next step should be to get a hold of your local ghost investigations group, particularly one that has a proven track record for removing unwanted supernatural presences. Take your time and do your research on these supposed professionals before you decide on which one you call. There are always some that are more professional than others. If the professional ghost investigators fail, then There are only two other options that I can offer. An exorcism can be performed by Catholic priests and Protestant ministers to help drive out the more malicious spirits. Exorcisms are however a very serious matter and should only be performed by trained, qualified professionals. Never attempt to perform one yourself and never use things such as Ouija boards to try and contact the spirit or spirits! If all else fails then the only thing else you can do is to simply leave the location of the paranormal disturbances. This is a very extreme measure to take but if the ghost or other type of entity is that awful, harmful, and possibly even abusive and dangerous, than leaving may seem like a small price to pay for your peace. These are all the options I have found in my research for removing ghosts, spirits, malicious spirits, and even demons. There may be others out there with more methods of removing ghosts. It might be a good idea to check them out as well if you are having troubles with the paranormal. Just remember to choose your methods wisely. If one is not careful, he or she might make their ghostly problems get much worse instead of better!
