MEDITATION MADE EASYPREFACEFive years ago, I would never have think of me, writing about MEDITATION, or anything aboutSPIRIT, in the way this GURU INSPIRED KNOWLEDGE, was spiritually and intuitivelytransferred unto me.Before my BELOVED GURU DEVA, SRI SRI PARAMAHANSA YOGANANDA, had intuitivelyinspired me to become HIS humble servant, to assist the serious devotees on the spiritual path, manyadvance souls had came in contact with me. Sometimes contact was made in dream state, or througha pure intuitive gut feeling or knowing and sometimes through unexpected visions I could clearlysaw, materialized in my CHRIST CENTRE. In the beginning I ignored everything, but then I washaunted by dreams, and it never departed from me until I gave it some serious attention.There was a time I dreamt of SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR. He was sitting in a chair, while HE spoketo a lot of people about the love that HE has for the world. I was so in tune with the words HEuttered, that I approached HIM with absolute joy and excitement; because I felt that I was suppose todo the same as HE was. I now understand that I felt that way, because of deep rooted arrogance. Iexpect HIM to support me in my endeavor to become famous. I wanted every one present torecognize the importance of my DIVINITY. I was disappointed, amazed, and stunt and completelyashamed when the RIGHTEUOS, TRUTHFULL and UNINFLUENSED, GURU spoke HIS MIND.“DO NOT TOUCH ME,” he said, “you don’t do what you are suppose to.” Those words cut like a blunt knife through my soul. I couldn’t get rid of the guilty feeling that I am not doing what I must.That feeling left me with the notion of being a complete COWARD. I wondered around for dayswith these, heavy to swallowed words in my mind. Then after a couple of months, another dreamstarted to puzzle me.I dreamt of three spiritual teachers of the non profitable organization, known as SRF (SELFREALIZATION FELLOWSHIP), of whom I am also a spiritual devotee. ASCENDED MASTER,PARAMAHANSA YOGANANDA, is the founder of this organization. After I saw the threeteachers, stationing themselves against the wall of a large hall, where thousands of devoteesgathered, something occurred. The devotees were all chanting and dancing in a circle, then suddenlya female aspirant slips and fall. No one took the initiative to help her up, because everybody was to busy making sure that he or she is going to succeed in their personal, spiritual endeavors. During thisincident the three spiritual teachers made a final observation and said to each other, “they havemissed the real purpose and the HEART of the spiritual teachings that was given to them. How willwe make them see THE REAL SPIRIT of the TEACHINGS?” Then I started to realize theimmediate need for an example of some one who is seriously busy with the beauty of the uninfectedSOUL, in order to reflect GOD. But I still couldn’t figure out that the GURUS have chosen me tofulfill this task of great importance.Then I dreamt of the PRESIDENT of SRF, SRI DAYA MATA, requesting my help to fix a cassetteof a tape recorder. Again we were in a hall where a lot of devotees gathered, to listen to a veryimportant teaching from SRI DAYA MATA. Inside the building were two levels. The devotees weresitting on the bottom level and DAYA MATA and the advance aspirants, like teachers were sitting onthe second or the top level. Then I notice me, sitting leveled with DAYA MATA and the advancedevotees. SRI DAYA MATA then raises herself up, and walked towards me. With the cassette in her

hand, she asked me if I will take a look at it, for she wanted me to fix it. While I inspected thecassette, I realize that the outer protective, as well as some of the delicate parts of it was also broken.If the cassette has to work hundred percent correctly, all the broken parts has to be fixed. That wasn’t possible at that moment. So, immediately after I have explained the situation to my ascended Guru’ssuccessful devotee, Sri Daya Mata she agrees to take it back. Then I suggested that she has to renewor replace some of the parts of the tape, for it was badly broken. And soon after she took it back thedream was finish.I contemplated over these unexplainable things that aspired in my life, spiritually and naturally. Thenafter I went through a lot of changes, inwardly and outwardly, my GURU, intuitively urge me towrite about MEDITATION.With the attention on this inspired writing, concerning MEDITATION, HE once more channeled amessage to my innermost, with the help of HIS equal SELF, SRI SRI RAVI SHANKAR.

“There is something that I must give through to someone.” “Come to me! This is what your MASTER says to you. Where were you last night?What happened? Forget all of it. I want you to see clearly my hand on you; I guide you with strength, perseverance and deep devotion, so that you will awaken thedormant beauty in the children of HIM whom we call TAO or GOD. Be silent and speak few, for I am changing your speech to that of a god, although you are still ababy. My devotion, not yours, for you will be no more, will overtake you, and flamesin the form of tears will shower your whole being.For I and the FATHER are ONE. Speak no more Ricky. It is ME who chose you to be the UTTERMOST SILENCE of the UNIVERSE, for this time. Be glad and wipe away all sadness, because it is BLISS to walk in the LORD. Do not seek for recognition, for you have all the recognition of the UNSEEN. Let LOVE and HARMONY be your FOOTPRINTS. PEACE

Suddenly, I became convinced of my SPIRITUAL RESPONSABILLITY, and I immediately startedto write down, everything my GURU and SPIRITUAL GUIDE was intuitively channeling throughto me. Never the less, I AM ready to take full responsibility for what is written in this SPIRITUALPIECE. And if I am allowed to say; it is brought forth to support those devotees who really want toaspired to a state of advance spirituality, through;1.improving their individual life’s2.a positive contribution towards the human civilization in the form of world service3.and through seeing themselves as accepted and well deserved SOULS, who are consciously andconstantly reflecting the IMAGE OF GOD.UNIVERSAL PRAYER, by Sri Sri PARAMAHANSA YOGANANDAHeavenly Farther, Divine Mother, Jesus Christ, Bhagavan Krishna, Mahavatar Babaji, LahiriMahasaya, Sri Yukteswar, Paramahansa Yogananda and Saints of all religions, I bow to you all. Maythou Love, shine forever on the sanctuary of my Devotion. And may I be able to awaken Thy Lovein all Hearts.

INTRODUCTIONI truly do not know how to describe the spiritual investment that roams in my divine self. But allowme to begin with a description of who I am. I am well known as Ricky, still I know I am not he, but Iam SPIRIT. Nothing more and nothing less. Soon, I will manifest myself in this third dimension, asthe ALL PERVADING INFINITE SPIRIT, recognize as KEANANDA KUMIHL. In the BIBLE, it iswritten, in the book of JEREMIAH 29, “FOR I KNOW THE PLANS I HAVE FOR YOU, THEYARE PLANS FOR GOOD AND NOT FOR DESARSTER, TO GIVE YOU A FUTURE AND AHOPE.”The plan that I have for myself, is to have no enemies and to live in HARMONY WITH MY SELF.That is why I have wisely chosen to practice MEDITATION. All that, who has ASCENDED, never to be enslaved by the wheel of birth or reincarnation, has diligently followed a steady program of continuous meditation. And if it was necessary and sufficient for them, then surely it is good enoughfor us. All we need to do is to consciously commit us to the path of meditation, broad here byAVATARS OR PURE REFLECTIONS OF GOD, like BHAGAVAN KRISHNA, MAHAVATAR BABAJI, JESUS CHRIST and LAHIRI MAHASAYA, who was one of the deathless BABAJI’Sdevotees. Then we will be ensured of a definite GLORIOUS DAY OF SALVATION.KEANANDA KUMIHL – DESCIPTIONOne night I had a dream that the LORD appeared to me, calling me by the name of KUMIHL. WhileI was looking around, searching for the person, other then me, to respond to the call, HIS VOICEtrumpet in my direction, “it is you,” he said, “That is he. KUMIHL is thy name, for soon Ricky will be no more.” “What does it mean?” I asked. Immediately, HE replied, “intellect, DIVINEINTELIGENCE that is who you are.”While I was still busy to process this new personal information, KEANANDA was added to thename given to me. It transpired during a meditation session. I was in silence at home. After a whileKEANANDA pops up in my head, as if I was to refer to myself, using this name. You can imaginehow confused I was. First, I am called KUMIHL, and then all of a sudden I am KEANANDA.For months, during my meditations and casual moments of silence, I was consulting my HIGHER SELF for an explanation. Something that could throw some light on this newly developedconundrum, which started to take over my thoughts. Then, one day, as I slowly went deeper intospirit, through meditation, an ecstatic moment, never to leave me again, transformed my humanunderstanding into that which is DIVINE UNDERSTANDING and INTUITION. “I AMKEANANDA KUMIHL, the DIVINE INTELIGENCE, who is KUMIHL, and that which is born outof the knowledge, created by the PURE ENERGY that runs up the spine cord, giving birth to what Inow experience as short lived bliss, during the process of ascension.
