I. Introduction
The main aim of this partnership was to give all partner schools an opportunityto observe and compare the different school systems in five European countries. We prepared our strategy taking in mind the efforts that schools are doing inorder to get the best from their organizations and school human resources. Wealso had in mind the idea of conducting surveys among pupils in differentcountries in order to highlight differences and similarities. Some schoolsmanaged to collect school data from the last 20 years, the others focused onmore recent elements, which allowed us to prepare diagrams which show the“Steady European Development of My School- from past to present and future”.We also have tried to have formal meetings with parents and representatives of the school authorities. They expressed their views and perspectives for theschool development.
