We at Eramo & Sons, Inc. would like to thank The

Company for the opportunity to work on the 100 plus lot
Tartan Ridge
subdivision.Eramo & Sons, Inc. is proud to have been the Site WorkContractor for this leading project. We were chosen becauseof the scope of this project. This included nearly 40,000 linealfeet of underground utilities and 150,000 cubic yards of earthmoving. The sanitary sewers were up to 30 feet deep. Thewater mains had to be installed
 after 
the streets wereinstalled because of plan delays. This project entailed manychallenges which were overcome because of our uniquemethod of site management, and our ability to workcollaboratively with the developer, us and the City of Dublin.Founded in 1966, Eramo & Sons is a full service sitedevelopment contractor. We have constructed hundreds ofresidential subdivisions, condo communities, and apartmentprojects for local area developers and builders. We also haveleading edge experience in site work for many largecommercial and municipal projects. We pride ourselves ondoing the job right the first time, and as cost efficiently aspossible for all customers. Our employees are committed toquality workmanship. They know that most of what they do isnever seen, but the ramifications of poor work can bedevastating to our customers and their reputations.We wish all the builders huge success at this year’s Parade.Congratulations to the BIA on selecting a premier site for the2009 “Parade of Homes.”
