CITY OF LAKE MARY POLICE DEPARTMENT

On September 26, 2013, the Lake Mary Police Department responded to 300 Sprucewood Court for a property theft call. The caller reported that items had been taken from inside the home, primarily pieces of furniture and a television. According to the complainant, an owner of the home, she has been leasing it to George and Shellie Zimmerman; Shellie Zimmerman is her daughter. STEVE A. BRACKNELL

The complainant stated that George Zimmerman was to vacate the home by September 26, at which time she would retain control of the property. She has not yet produced the lease agreement to the Lake Mary Police Department and we have not yet confirmed ownership of the items that were alleged to have been removed.
