2009, Petitioner has become aware of proposed Billscirculating in the Congress of the United States of America,H.R.1503, offered by Rep. Bill Posey, (FL-15), (introduced3/12/09) which seeks to make mandatory ‘eligibility vetting’of candidates for the Executive Offices of POTUS andVPOTUS beginning in the 2012 election cycle and H.R. 133and H.R. 1490, both of which seeks to limit and/or deny‘citizenship’ rights of certain alien individuals.The obvious fatal flaw of the ‘exclusion and omission’ of a‘legal definition of natural born citizen’ in the proposed BillH.R. 1503 renders it ineffective and therefore reinforces theurgency and National interest concerns, (Rule 11 SCOTUS,28&2101, 28&1254(1)(2)) of the subject of the Petitionersoriginal and subsequent filings while the Bills H.R. 133 and
