No. Section L, L.9 states no less that 10 point.
QUESTION # 18:
Please provide clarification on section L.9 Instructions for the preparation of proposals(EPAAR 1552.215-72). “It states that the items (1), (2), (3), and (4) , (5), (6) and (8) should belisted in the other than cost proposal. Does this mean that these items need to be submitted inthe technical proposal? Is this correct?

Organizational Conflict of Interest Plan
