En este archivo se encuentran las fotografías de lasexpediciones arqueológicas de Frans Blom, las cintas grabadas tanto encine como en audio de estas exposiciones, una importante colección devideos de la música maya de los años 50 y la memoria fotográfica de NaBolom, principalmente.La mayoría de los negativos son de 6 X 6 y están cortados individualmente,en un sobre no ácido que a su vez está dentro de otro sobre de papel conel número de negativo correspondiente y éste está engrapado a uncontacto que tiene el registro completo de la fotografía, incluyendo fecha,lugar y hora.El 2008 con apoyo de ADABI hicimos el inventario de la fototeca. En esteaño empezaremos el catálogo digital de fotografías, cintas y negativos paralo cual requerimos un scanner de tambor.Barry Norris, quien fue durante 14 años quien revelaba las fotografías deGertrude y quien posee un importante estudio fotográfico en EstadosUnidos, nos recomendó comprar el scanner marca Imacon (Hasselblaud)Flextight x1.

medium format. We don't need the more expensive version x5 as we can't batch scan and can't speed things up as since each individual negative of Trudi's and Marcey's needs it's own professionally oriented calibration which I learned from Barry to do.With the Flextight x1 NB may have to order a few extra adapters that are not included and cost for those are about $200 each, especially if the 6 cm x 9
