Everything I see in here is true. The main thing I see missing is a simple statement that, too love weight, you must take in fewer calories than you burn. Exercise will help you do this and make you more fit. But no amount of exercise will make you lose weight if you continue to eat more than you burn. Them's the facts, ma'am.
