If you take a look at the threads from successful people, you'll see the samething repeated every time a question like this arrives.How do I do it?
I fail.
What do I mean?I take massive action and sometimes I fail. Ithen analyze why I failed and ensure it never happens again. This leads to moreknowledge than any Ebook or info productcould ever give me. Take what you've donewrong and figure out how you could havemade it succeed. Apply what you've learnedto your next project.Failure is the main reason that people give up on building a business online.This is the main reason that so many people start out and give up. You must notfear failure. Use it to push yourself to succeed. Take your failures and analyzewhat went wrong. Why did your product, website, or business fail?Did you have too much information or not enough? Did you focus on theright things that yield a successfulbusiness?Your focus must be on specific thingswhen looking to build your business.The best thing you could do for your audience is to provide a solution totheir problems. Your solution mustalso be the obvious choice for someone with the problem you solve.You must also have access to your audience and make it easy for yourself. This is done through
 
amazing products, outstanding copywriting, and building a list of potentialbuyers.I always have more than one thing in planningand production. Ben Mack says to think 2products ahead. Right now I have 15. I focuson one main project at a time and spend asmall amount of time on the others throughoutmy day. I personally spend at least 10 hours aday in front of my computer. The onlylimitation you have with this, is yourself andyour mind.
Multi-tasking
is one of the mostimportant things you can learn for your business.This doesn't mean that you should never focus. Spend a majority of your time on themain project you're working on, but always bemoving forward with your next projects insmall steps while you do it.Limit your availability to those that call you onthe phone. My phone rings off the hook and thelist of people that I'll make time for keepsgrowing. What this does is take my focus awayfrom the work that I need to do. To rectify this,my wife is under strict instruction to takemessages unless I come out of the office andlet her know that I'm available to take calls. Mycoaching clients know that they can reach meon specific dates and at specific times.Set yourself a schedule and stick to it. Allow specific times for checking your email and wandering through forums. Focus on your work at any and all other times.We are facing the age of distraction. There is too much going on and gettingyourself to focus on your projects is getting more difficult by the day.
