Berlin Health and RehabilitationCenter Announces Teresa Voci asExecutive Director
Berlin Health and Rehabilitation Center,a member of the Revera Inc. family, recent-ly announced that Teresa Voci has joinedthe center as Executive Director. Voci isresponsible for providing leadership for thedelivery of quality, patient-centered careand a supportive work environment forstaff. She will be tasked with leading anddirecting the overall operations of the cen-ter in accordance with customer needs,government regulations and company poli-cies, with a focus on maintaining excellent care for patients, whileachieving the center’s business objectives.Voci’s healthcare career has spanned over 15 years with varioussenior leadership roles. Prior to her role with Berlin Health andRehab, Voci served as the Vice President, Division of Medicine,for Gifford Medical Center. In her various roles with GiffordMedical Center, Voci collaborated across integrated health sys-tems to define and achieve strategic goals, ensured quality careand high levels of patient satisfaction, indentified opportunities forexpansion, along with reorganization of provider practices. Priorto her role with Gifford, Voci served as the Executive Director of Brandon Woods of Dartmouth where she was responsible for theoverall operations of a 118-bed, multi-level Joint Commission andDepartment of Public Health certified facility and Adult DayHealth Program. Voci ran a deficiency-free facility and directed,coordinated and supervised clinical, quality, marketing and finan-cial initiatives.Voci received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health CareAdministration & Hospitality Management from Johnson andWales University. She served as a member of the United StatesNaval Reserve from 1987 to 1995, is a Licensed Nursing HomeAdministrator in Massachusetts, a Licensed Practical Nurse,serves as a member of the American College of Health CareAdministrators, and was an adjunct faculty member with Johnsonand Wales University.Voci is looking forward to bringing the skills and expertise thatshe has developed throughout her healthcare career to BerlinHealth and Rehab Center and she is excited to have the opportu-nity to work with a dedicated and experienced staff, in a state thatis focused on providing quality care to the senior population.“My goal,” says Voci, “is to make Berlin Health andRehabilitation the premier center in the greater Central Vermontarea – and I think we have what it takes to make that happen.”
