Future Farmers of America (FFA) Career Show 2013 Advisors Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Future Farmers of America (FFA) Career Show 2013 Advisors Survey Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes) begins at 12:30:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 30, 2013 and ends at 4:00:00 p.m. ET on November 1, 2013 (Sweepstakes Period). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hobart Welding Products, 1635 W. Spencer St., P.O. Box 1079, Appleton, WI 54912-1079, United States of America (Sponsor). ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who have reached such age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (Hobart Personnel), and immediate family members of Hobart Personnel, or persons living in the same household as Hobart Personnel, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Immediate family means parents, siblings, children and spouse. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. HOW TO ENTER: Each person who includes his/her name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, date of birth and day time telephone number when completing the FFA Career Show 2013 Advisors Survey (the Survey) during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically be entered in the Sweepstakes once for each such Survey completed. Entries to the Sweepstakes may also be made by delivering a 3 inch by 5 inch postcard that contains your name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address (optional), date of birth and day time telephone number to a representative of Sponsor present at the FFA Career Show in Indianapolis, Indiana during the Sweepstakes Period. Three inch by 5 inch postcards may be obtained from Sponsors representatives present at such show upon request. Each postcard entry must be delivered individually. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win. Entries will be deemed to have been made when they are received and accepted by Sponsor. No other method of entry will be accepted. One entry per person, regardless of the method of entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered or tampered with or not submitted pursuant to these Official Rules are not eligible to win. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Sponsor may, at any time, and in its sole discretion, require proof that you are the authorized account holder of your e-mail account. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused by participation in the Sweepstakes. PRIZE #1: One (1) prize consisting of: one (1) Tractor Supply Company $50 Gift Card. The prize has an approximate verifiable retail value (VRV) of $50.

The total approximate aggregate VRV of all prizes is $50. All prizes will be awarded. Actual gift card may vary from image shown in survey. Prize may be claimed at Sponsors booth at the FFA Career Show 2013. If a winner does not claim his or her prize at the FFA Career Show 2013 during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will ship the prize by standard ground, domestic shipping to the winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL WINNERS. No substitution or transfer of any prize or election of cash in lieu of any prize by the winner will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Sponsor will randomly select one winner at the end of the business day on Friday, November 1, 2013, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and as of the time of selection. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within forty-eight (48) hours after the draw. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to the winners. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw, is ineligible or fails to claim a prize or to instruct Sponsor to ship the prize to him or her by standard ground, domestic shipping within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. If the winner has moved to a different address, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to notify Sponsor or designated agent of their new address. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable prize deliveries due to change of address. By accepting and/or using the prize, the winner gives Sponsor the rights to use the winners name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, promotion or other commercial purposes, without further compensation worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet, unless prohibited by law. CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, transmission errors or other mistakes in the production of the Sweepstakes or for any other reason. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Wisconsin in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of Wisconsin. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant releases and holds Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering the

Sweepstakes, entrant acknowledges and accepts that his/her e-mail address and/or other information from the entry will be used to contact entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes and for other purposes as set forth in the Sponsors privacy policy in effect from time to time. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that they have read the Sponsors privacy policy and consent to its provisions.
