Registration Procedure:
Mail this completed form with a check for $50.00 made out to “VolunteerForces” at least two weeks prior to the start of the course
.
The $50.00 check must be submitted separately from any other course fee thatmay apply. The $50.00 check holds your spot in the course and will be returnedupon completion of the course. If you are unable to attend, you must notifyVolunteer Forces in a timely manner in order to receive a refund. If you fail tonotify Volunteer Forces, or just don’t show up, the check will be deposited andused for future trainings and supplies.
Submission of the form and check does not guarantee you a spot in the course ifthe roster is full when your registration is received. If the roster is full when yourregistration is received you will automatically be placed on an alternate listpending an opening in the course.
You will receive an email and/or mailing confirming your spot in the course or thatyou have been placed on the alternate list. It will contain course details, handoutmaterials, equipment lists and any other pertinent information.
