REPORT PREPARED BY: Page K. McBeth
‘On June 15, 2009, at about 10:19 a.m., I spoke with Shoshanah OPPENHEIM by
telephone as follow up to the Mayor Sam ADAMS investigation.
OPPENHEIM told me she started working for ADAMS when he was the Commissioner
in August 2006. In the fall of 2007, she remembered there were allegations made by Bob BALL.
to other elected officials regarding ADAMS relationship with Beau BREEDLOVE. She said
she has heard so many things that it is hard to separate what she’s heard and what she’s read.
OPPENHEM said she did not know who was responsible for crafting ADAMS’ denial
regarding BREEDLOVE, and she was never asked specifically to take any action, or make any
statement to promote his denial.
OPPENHEIM said she worked on the ADAMS campaign for Mayor as a volunteer on
her own time. She said she did whatever was needed to include handing out lawn signs and
soliciting contributions. OPPENHEIM said during the time of the campaign, the BREEDLOVE
story had died down, Once Sho DOZONO had become a candidate, the ADAMS campaign was
much different.

On June 12, 2009, at about 1:43 p.m., I spoke with Sierra STRINGFIELD by telephone
as follow up to the Mayor Sam ADAMS investigation.
STRINGFIELD told me she did not work for ADAMS in 2007. She said she began
‘working as an unpaid inter in June 2008 through December 2008, and then started as a full-time
employee in January 2009. STRINGFIELD said she did not work on ADAMS’ campaign for
Mayor.
With reference to the denial by ADAMS regarding the BREEDLOVE incident,

she did not know who was responsible for crafting the message, and she has never been directed
to make any statement or take any action regarding ADAMS’ denial.

reporters spoke with ADAMS in January 2009. She said she saw ADAMS, Wade NKRUMAH,
