Annual Poets & Writers Picnic

 This popular annual spoken word event takes place from 12n – 5 pm atMountainair’s historic Shaffer Hotel, in the tree-shaded garden behind Pop Shaffer’sfamous folk art wall, 2 blocks south of the intersection of Routes 55 & 60.Free admission. Featured readers & open mic. Bring a picnic lunch, or enjoy localdining.
