Should you be elected, what are three specific areas youd like to change, address, improve or further research,
and how specifically would you go about it?:
We have volunteer Boards that are comprised of people chosen for their skills that best address each Boards
particular obligations. Currently I feel these Boards are not being used or consulted prior to some
decisions that directly impact their areas of responsibilities. As a result this may waste members time and
efforts. In some cases hiring additional staff to do these volunteers tasks can be a waste of taxpayers money.
Trustees should ensure all outside groups or organizations using our property or facilities have signed a contract,
and documented proof of adequate insurance coverages. We should collect a sufficient security deposit for
possible damages, and we (Munson Twp.) to be responsible to coordinate and direct any repairs that may be
needed after each event. These issues and potential exposures can be addressed with set procedures which all
employees and volunteers can be made aware of and have access to as a matter of their involvement.
Proceeding forward with consideration and respect for all employees skills and their proper utilization is crucial
will save time and money. In addition full recognition of volunteers time and expertise would streamline and
expedite projects for which they have or should have responsibility for as a matter of serving as a board member.

Whether for past accomplishments or future goals, why should voters elect you?
My 30 plus years of running manufacturing companies includes all aspects of these businesses. My experience
includes human resources, profit and loss responsibilities, meeting payrolls, purchasing materials, sales,
engineering reviews and approval, and most importantly customer service. I would bring fiscal responsibility
to the township through proper use of resources we have at our disposal. By having participation of our citizens,
employees, and volunteers we should be able to accomplish our goals
