Calculation of time difference
1.Obtain the local timing of the compared cities2.Convert them to the GMT/UTC3.Obtain East (+) or West(-) timingsAnd if:A.Both cities are (+)i.e. ahead of GMTOr both the cities or behind(-) of GMT,Deduct the small from the larger B.If one is ahead(+) and the other is behindof GMT(-),Add both figure together
