F uture Plan : We recommend our ministry be a part of the nomination process toassist the deacon body in maintaining a successful ministry. Due to continual lifechanges in our personal and professional life, we feel the following two options needto be considered:

Option A:1.Connect ministry to Life Events Team2.LET will have 3 leaders (1 for LET and 2 for WCM) – All will be electedannually3.Core Team Leaders appointed by 3 LET leaders

Option B:1.Widowed Care Ministry added as our 4

team2.Two directors are appointed annually during our annual process (DONT)3.All 4 teams elect one person to core team leadership position on anannual basisStatus:
