Attached please find Plaintiffs' Supplemental Disclosures. I have also included a Second Amended Exhibit A and
Amended Schedule 1, which together are the recordings Plaintiffs intend to pursue at trial. I am also mailing a CD of the
documents included within Plaintiffs' disclosures.

Finally, I would like to set up a brief call to discuss your recent filings. Please let me know when would be a good time for
a telephone conference in the next few days. I am available Wed after 2EST and Thursday anytime except 1-3EST. If
