Dear fellow workers and employers in the Egypt post,While we are battaling and fighting for our demands and on top of it is our demandfor the equality with the employees and workers of the Telecom Egypt, the board of directors of the Egypt post headed by Engineer / Alaa Fahmy is trying to restrain andfoil our movement by giving us promises to give us the fragments of our demands asto stop shut our mouths, thinking that by this fake promises we will be satisfied by the10% bonus over the allowment of the nature of work that he allege that he will give itto the workers and employs in the institution during the current month of july , this bonus if we accept it , would be like accepting a bribe for us to stop asking for our rights and the rights of our colleagues and it would be as if we are sharing in thewasting of the rights of the workers and employees of the Egypt post.Our duty dear fellows is to give Alaa Fahmy his bonus back , declaring for him andthe board of directors that this bonus is nothing but the first trophy of our movementand it is not an endowment or
bestowal from them. And you must ask yourselves why nowonly they are giving us this bonus
.
We are insisting on our complete demands which is represented in the following
:
1-The demand for the equality between those who work in the National Post andMail Authority ( Egypt Post) to the workers and employees of the Egyptian Companyfor Telecommunications ( Egypt telecom. (2-The Fixation of the interim Employment . or to equal them with their appointedcolleagues , especially that among them who have been working for more than 15years.3-The abolishment of all the unjust annual reports which is to be applied from nextyear, because it is unjust and doesn't give the workers their rights , and its only aimingto liquidate the employment in a double cross way.4-The eligibility of all the workers and employees to receive the " special Incentiveand bonus" and the commitment of giving them the maximum limit of the specialincentive which is considered one of the main income of the workers as the head of the institution has declared before.5-the improvement of the situation of the interim distributors and the roamers and togive them Incentive bonus equally to their colleagues the distributors as the work isof the same nature.6-The eligibility of all the workers and employees to receive the profit of a year fromthe surplus of the budget of the Authority at the end of every fiscal year and to bedistributed among them in the official holidays and feasts As because the disbursement of the bonuses is not enough for the workers because itwill not make an essential change in the conditions of theworkers and employees but
