Stephanie was ordained into ministry withMetropolitan Community Churches in 2002 and hasserved as both an interim pastor and as a churchplanter/founding pastor.Stephanie was awarded her Masters of Divinity(Magna Cum Laude) from Wesley TheologicalSeminary in Washington, DC in 2003 and herDoctor of Ministry from Union TheologicalSeminary and Presbyterian School of ChristianEducation (Union-PSCE) in Richmond, VA in 2009,where she specialized in the developmental lifestages of churches.Stephanie has been trained by leaders in thechurch assessment field, including Loren Meadeand Alice Mann. She has completed VA stateconflict mediator certification training with aspecialization in church conflict as well as trainingfrom the Interim Ministry Network in theFundamentals of Transitional Ministry.
