Compensation Plan
TamPogo is free to join. TamPogo pays commission to Network Partners for a maximum of eight (8)levels in theirnetwork. Individuals can participate in TamPogo as Network Partners or join as Direct Customers.
Network Partners
Each Fast Track Product purchased by a Network Partner provides a minimum of $10.00 payout asNetworkCommission.
Each of the 8 Network Partners above the member who made the purchase receives 12% of theNetworkCommission. The remaining 4% is paid out as monthly bonuses, at Tampogo’s discretion.
Network Partners can sponsor an unlimited number of people on any level.
Network Partners must personally sponsor 8 active Network Partners to be paid on all 8 levels of their network.
If a Network Partner has less than eight personally sponsored, active Network Partners for a givencalendarmonth, they will be paid commission only on as many levels as they have active Network Partners. Forexample,if a Network Partner has three personally sponsored active Network Partners, they will earncommission on thefirst three levels of their network.
A Network Partner must purchase one Fast Track Product each calendar month to remain active.
If a Network Partner does not purchase one Fast Track Product in a calendar month, they will notbe eligible toreceive commission or bonuses.
If a Network Partner remains inactive for a period of six months, they will be removed from theNetwork and losetheir position and downline and rollup will occur.
Commission and bonuses will be paid out on the 5
th
of each month for Network Partners who have aminimum of $25 of commission.
Network Partners agree that a minimum of 50% of all products they purchase will be sold to aRetail or DirectCustomer.
TamPogo commissions are paid based on a Unilevel Network with dynamic compression.
Direct Customers
Direct Customers are assigned to a Network Partner and given a Member ID.
When a Direct Customer makes a purchase, 50% of the Network Commission generated is paid asSponsorCommission and 50% is paid to the network.
Retail Customers
Retail Customers purchase product directly from a Network Partner.
Retail Customers do not register on the TamPogo website or receive a Member ID.
Non-Profit Organizations
Once approved by TamPogo, a Non-Profit Organization can enroll as a Network Partner.
A Non-Profit Organization is exempt from the monthly purchase requirement.
A Non-Profit Organization will not be allowed to make purchases.
