Hi Jim It als seems to be available in pdf form at http://www.mikekujawski.ca/ftp/Twitter&Government_UK.pdf Dion ps - now I have to find a source to give me approval to use in a report I'm publishing on Social Media Governance for Ark Group.
Hi - having the article on this site is next to useless for me. I would like to download it as a pdf to share with my colleagues, but there’s no option - you have to download an executable file, which I cannot use as corporate IT can only administer those (and would say no anyway). The site is also very slow over Citrix and so is difficult to navigate through the document. Sorry!
