Nokia Messaging is Nokia's consumer messagingservice for Nokia S60 and Series 40 devices thatincludes access to email and instant messaging (IM).Nokia Messaging is available out-of-the-box with theNokia E75, and is also enabled on a wide range of Nokiadevices viawww.nokia.com/email. Now, all you need is justone device to manage all your email and IM accounts, instead of aseparate device just for email.

Ovi Mail

Unlike any other email service which exists today, an Ovi Mail accountcan be created directly on the mobile phone. For first time emailusers, Ovi Mail provides an internet identity, as well as cross access toother Ovi services.The beta version of Ovi Mail rolled out globally in December 2008 onSeries 40 devices in 12 languages, including English, Spanish,Portuguese, French, German, Hindi, Bengali, Tagalog, BahasaIndonesia and Bahasa Malaysia on all currently shipping Nokia Series40 devices. Many more languages and devices will be added later.Nokia has also launched Ovi Mail for PC users, available athttp://mail.ovi.com. Mail on Ovi gives users 1 GB of storage space andspam filters to block unwanted emails.

Mail, WindowsLive Hotmail, Gmail, AOL Mail) means emails are delivered to the device instantly – there’s no need toconstantly go to the mailbox and search for new emails. Nokia Messaging is also easy on the pocket,as costs become predictable with a fixed data plan.Nokia Messaging will launch commercially in the first quarter of 2009 in Australia, Finland, Germany,the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, the United Kingdom and Venezuela, and in selectcountries later in the year.
