The Graduate School is committed to the development of current and future leaders and managers at all levels. Our educational services and partnerships promote lifelong learning, improve individual and organizational
performance, and benefit organizational succession planning. Thousands of federal and private sector employees have developed and honed their leadership capabilities through Graduate School courses and programs. We offer a variety of delivery methods and services. Leadership development programs can be signed to address agencies’ particular
succession planning issues and to assist customers in operating their Senior Executive Service candidate development programs. The Graduate School’s decades of experience with government provide us with unique insight into the nature and requirements of federal leadership. We educate and empower leaders who understand the changing nature of managing workforce and mission in the twenty-first century.
