Dear friend, This short book is dedicated to you and your leadership potential. This book is designed to give you ideas, techniques and ways to help you further unleash the magnificent leadership potential that is inside of you. What follows is exactly what the title promises: 101 different ways to help you become a more remarkable leader. Many (or perhaps even most) of the ideas will be things you know. Some will even be things that you already do. Some will be new or will be reminders of something you havent thought of in a long time. Some may seem silly or trivial, and some may seem hard. Regardless of which category each of these ideas falls into for you, they were all selected with the purpose of helping you continue to grow and mature towards the leader you are capable of being. Some may not feel comfortable to you or wont seem like your style. You can, of course, skip or ignore any of them. However, I would suggest the suggestions you seem to be resisting may hold the greatest lessons for you. So, read all 101 right now; read and try one each day; skip around randomly. However you want to use this book is totally up to you this is now your book after all! My only advice is to use these ideas. Do what is suggested, and then reflect on your experience and the lessons it holds for you. I wish you great success!
