Superintendent Joshua P. Starr will deliver his second State of the Schools address at The Music Center at Strathmore on Monday, November 11, 2013. Dr. Starr will share his vision for how we can prepare all students for success in their future. We will also celebrate the outstanding students of Montgomery County Public Schools.

Foreign language and sign language interpretation will be available.
