The chairman of themeeting is Mr. Fabrizio Boldrini, LETHE coordinator, who introduces the project main aimsand the Helsinki meeting goals.He also informs the partners about the drop out of the French partner (University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines _France).
