Rhodes of The Rhodes Brothers with you here today. Taking a fewminutes talking about how to keep your membership fresh. How do you keep it fresh? How doyou keep the ideas flowing? How do you keep members coming back? Now, you a know a few things now aboutfighting attrition and keeping your
membership fresh is a big part of that, a very very big part. If you want people to remaininterested in what you are doing, you have to provide fresh content.
Interaction
Well, how do you do that? Well, the first way is with what I call member interaction. And you could do three things.-: You can set up a blog.-: You can set up a forum.-: You can run a survey. Those are three really good ways. Now, your membership itself might already be a blog. Well, in that case, use thecontent that is in the blog to provide yet more content. And what I mean is post something thatis provocative. And what you do from there is after doing that, you take the responses that arecoming in from people, take those responses and create a PDF. That makes it very very easy todigest all the different comments people are making in your forum. So, just the consolidationalone creates fresh and new content.Similarly, what you can do is set up a forum. So, let's say your membership itself isa blog. Setup a forum to go along with that and allow people to better interact with each other.A blog is more one way than a forum, but a forum you see what you can do is you can getthings started. Create a category and let people interact more and then jump in as the expert.
