She says she sent her CV to Mkhari and they spoke once between this date and November 10  She sent him an SMS asking if they could have coffee. He allegedly responded by saying he was going to the 70th birthday party of a friends mother in Pimville, Soweto, but wanted to see her afterwards. He says she kept calling him several times leading up to this day, rst enquiring about a job and later asking him where he was in Soweto  Mkhari says this meeting was brief and he left with his friend that was the last time he saw her that day. But she says she left with the pair after 6pm

November 10
 She says they went to the Town Lodge in Constantia Kloof and, when they arrived, Mkhari asked her to go inside with his friend while he parked his car. She claims the friend checked in using his name. Mkhari joined them and they ordered meals from room service. They ate and drank while watching an Orlando Pirates game  She claims Mkharis friend received a call and left. Then, she alleges, Mkhari tried to kiss her. She claims she said not today and pulled back. A few minutes later, she claims, he tried again and, when she pulled back, he grabbed her and threw her on to the bed. She alleges he sexually assaulted her

November 11
She says she woke up and Mkhari was gone. She claims he left R400 on the dresser and she assumed this was for transport. She called him, but his phone was off, she claims

She sends several emails enquiring about a job. She also sends an email to his wife saying he raped her and she would open a case against him. She demands R4 000 to register at Unisa. In May she demanded R20 million for her silence

The woman lays a complaint of sexual assault against Mkhari

Confronts Mkhari at the MSG Africa Media offices in Bryanston

Given Mkhari says he went to upgrade his cellphone contract at Sandton City. He claims the woman who helped him recognised his name and asked him about a possible job. He claims he gave her his email address so he could pass on her CV. But she says he revealed he was in the media industry after learning she was a PR student working part time at the shop
