General info:
 
Final Sound Check will be from 2pm to 3pm on the day of the event 7/19/2009.
 
Each Band Has 15 to 25 Minutes time on stage to perform. Non-Band performance time will vary.
 
They’re will be an 8 minute music intermission in-between each band performing. (Meaning) Each band willhave up to 8 minutes to set-up / cue-up.
(This is included in your 25 min stage-performance time.)
 
 
Each Band/Artist must be prepared to perform within plus or minus 30 minus of their Scheduled Time
 
Performer Schedule Time will be published by Thursday - organizers reserve the right makechanges/addition/deletions as appropriate
 
Any Band/Group/Artist that is more than 1 minute late for their performance time -will risk 
cancelation
from theshow.
