Scientific Researches admit without doubt that various ways of Meditation are effective tools for
stress management, for promoting health and for attaining balance to the mind-body connection.

Thus why not come and meditate the way you used to.
Personally, I started meditating at the age of 20.
I am now 37 years old.
If you ask me about my experience in meditation I say briefly the following:

There are tens of ways to meditate.
Each way entitles a certain technique (even what is called silent meditation).
To list some:

Breathing Meditation
Candle Meditation
Centering Meditation
Chakra Meditation
Child Meditation
Guided Meditation with Audio
Healing Meditation
Reiki Meditation
Heart Meditation
Hindu Meditation with Audio
Japa Meditation with Audio
Light Meditation with Audio
Mantra Meditation with Audio
Mindfulness Meditation with Audio
Music Meditation with Audio
Silent Meditation with Audio
Standing Meditation
Tantric Meditation
Transcendental Meditation
Walking Meditation
Zen Meditation

What is significant about these techniques is the experience of outcomes after meditating. Some techniques take long to manifest a certain state of consciousness and some don't. Some sit to meditate and meditate for months not to say years just to settle down their mind, to focus, to concentrate, to contemplate and thus reach the state of pure consciousness...

Is there a way of which you can reach this state in a very short period of time. Can we master meditation!
Take the chance now and join us in a regular meditation to adopt your body to a state of balance and coherence with your mind, to experience which technique is the best for you and to meet like minded people.

Have you practiced meditation for some time and stopped later? Do you ask yourself why?
This is a chance for you to come and meditate in a group then share experience. Discover through open discussion who are you when meditating and what obstacles do you face and how to overcome.

FAQ:
what are critical misconceptions about meditation?
Many critical misconceptions are widespread among meditators nowadays. The most misconception is to take "the mean" to be "the goal". I saw many groups just meditating by concentrating, focusing, following the breath and keep following, counting and keep counting. This is not true. These are all means to reach the real meditation state of coherence between the mind-body. While practicing a certain meditation technique you are allowing your mind and body connection to be coherent. This only manifests when the technique itself has done its duty. The technique itself has to b
