    I am so frustrated. I am so aggravated. You have to have a license to drive a car.

    Why wouldnt you have to pass a test to be responsible for the development of a human being? Parenting classes exist. When they first came out I thought they were unnecessary but now I feel they are needed. By the many not the few. These are the people that will run or ruin are country. Why not invest in them?
