STIPULATION AND VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL

WHEREAS, Plaintiff, Michael Morgan ("Morgan") has registered and is using the

Internet domain names goldmansachs666.com, and goldmansachs13.com (the "Internet Sites");

WHEREAS, Goldman, Sachs & Co. (“Goldman Sachs”) has asserted that it is the lawful

owner of the “Goldman Sachs” and related trademarks and Morgan asserts that he is not

infringing on these trademarks;

WHEREAS, Morgan has displayed a disclaimer of approval by, and affiliation with,

Goldman Sachs (substantially in the form shown in Exhibit A hereto) on the Internet Sites

associated with the domain names identified above;

IT HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto that:

1. Morgan will maintain a disclaimer substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit

A in a reasonably prominent location on the Internet Sites.

2. Goldman Sachs will refrain from any action that interferes with Morgan's use and

registration of the Internet Sites to the extent Morgan continues to display such a disclaimer on

the Internet Sites and such Internet Sites are not used for commercial purposes.

3. All claims that have been asserted by Plaintiff against Defendant in this action are

hereby voluntarily dismissed without prejudice pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), each party to

bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.

June 15, 2009 - It's been just three and a half weeks since my quadruple bypass surgery. I'm doing
GREAT and back to work, but I still have a hold on this website. We are in court with Goldman Sachs,
and their attorneys are playing games. Until we get a judge's ruling on this website, we are going to Sign up for Email Updates

May 30, 2009 - Those of you who did not know, I had a heart attack and underwent bypass heart
surgery. I am resting and taking it easy. I will update everyone once I start to feel better. If anyone

May 15, 2009 - I apologize to those that were expecting a great deal more post on this website. I
have held back because of my pending Complaint against Goldman Sachs in the United States District
Court. I want to let the judge rule on my Complaint before moving forward with some of the features

This week Goldman Sachs attorneys failed to coordinate a stipulation agreement, so now we will
move forward with our Complaint in the United States District Court. Until we get the judge's ruling

We are going to make a change in our paired energy trade. We are going to cover our short Oil

position, but we are going to hold our long Gas position. We shorted USO on Friday at $38.70 and we
covered at $38.20 for about tiny profit.

However, we went long UNG at $14.62 on Friday and it is trading at $15.47 for a decent profit. We
are going to hold this position.
