Life as we know it, could not exist, without a thing called water.

It has many traits, such as different rates, of vaporization when its hotter. Many things, when put in water, are quick to dissolve. Due to strong polarity, waters ends need parity, and the bonds begin to evolve. Positive to negative and negative to positive, the waters ends need a mate. Polar surfaces like salt and sucrose fit the puzzle, and meet its fate. In this way, water is able, to let some compounds mix. Very interesting, hope your still listening, waters got a lot more tricks. When you pour water, inside of a cylinder, a meniscus begins to form. Molecules of the water and molecules of the cylinder create attractions, making the water conform. The attraction is so strong, that the molecules will start, to creep up on the sides. Since water molecules are so strongly attached, all the others are along for the ride. Gravity kicks in, around the middle, and holds the center down. And thus there you have it, the classic meniscus, shaped like an upside down frown. Sweating from the body, keeps all humans, from getting way too hot. Controlling your temperature is important, in keeping you from boiling like a pot. When water evaporates it requires, a whole lot of heat. To dissipate sweat, your body needs to participate, but this aint no easy feat.

Loosing heat to help evaporate sweat, in turn, cools you out. This water trait, truly great, is something we cant live without. A bottle of liquid of equal parts, water and some oil. Despite shaking the bottle, at full throttle, neither layer does spoil. Oil is non-polar which water molecules, do not attract. Water will only attract each other, not mix with the oil, thats fact. There are, unlimited phenomena, all interesting and intriguing. But I got one more, cause I cant stop on four, that Ill share before Im leaving. Water drops that fall on a surface, tend to form as a bead. Just like before, no molecules on the floor, that the water is in need. Not just a floor but any surface non-polar, from a desk to a shelf. No polar or charged molecules, the water only interacts with itself. A sphere has the least surface area to volume ratio, of any shape indeed. Thus the peculiar formation of water, rounded, into a bead. Five interesting phenomena, so strange, youll think this is mythology. But to you, my good friend, I say no, this is just Biology.
