Decentralized water supply for coastal areas by solar thermal evaporation method

Water scarcity is growing problem throughout the world. Even we, on the northern hemisphere, can`t be too sure about a continuous, unpolluted water supply anymore. To great have been the sins of our (youngest) past thence and we are still going on polluting and wasting as if there is no tomorrow. The global players in the energy and water industry, they do already have an eye on it, smelling big profits while we still waste. This here is the attempt to make way for another solution, something we like to call THE WATER WEB, a "democratized water economy". This system, if it should function, should have the possibility to even share. Theoretical and technical possible, what`s missing is the will. But as it often is, - the problem will dictate the solution.
