are devices

the
minimally invasive breast biopsymarket.7. Typically, when
a
 patient undergoes
a
 biopsy,
a
small piece
o
tissue is removed.For anygiven
 biopsy
 procedure,
a
subsequent
examination of 
the
 biopsy
site
is often needed.
Thus,
thereis animportantneedto
determine
thelocationof 
the
 biopsysite.Inserting
a
marker 
at
the
 biopsy
site is
one
way
to
determine
the location of 
the
 biopsy site at
a
subsequent
examination.
8. Devicor 
offers
afamily
of 
marker  products for vacuum-assisted and
core
needle breast biopsy procedures,
visible
under imaging
modalities,
to radiographically mark 
a
 biopsy
site.
9. Uponinformation
and
 belief,Kandoffersfosale,
sells,
and
hassold Biopsy
Sciences,
LLC's
HydroMARK®
 breast
 biopsy
site
markersin
this
District and throughout
the
United
States.
Upon information
and
 belief,
a
reasonable opportunityfodiscovery
will
show
thatthe
HydroMARK®
 breast biopsy
site
markers infringe
one or 
more claims of 
Devicor's
asserted patents.
