HREP MONTH 2013 Neophyte lady-lawmaker, Hon. Gwendolyn F. Garcia (3rd District, Cebu) stresses before officers and employees of the House of Representatives the value of honesty and hard-work as workers in public service. She was guest of honor during the regular Monday flag-raising ceremony which also ushered a line of activities for the HRep Month Celebration for 2013. Rep. Garcia joins members of House Secretariat, led by Secretary General Marilyn Barua-Yap, in singing the national anthem. The HRep Month activities kicked-off with the first Wednesday Mass and visit of Our Lady of La Naval de Manila, officiated by Fr. Enrico Gonzales of the Sto. Domingo Parish, Quezon City.
