This is a letter written by University of Ottawa president Allan Rock that asks current acting mayor Doug Thompson to reverse the city's decision -- taken during budget deliberations last December -- to impose an age-based cap on student bus passes.
As of July 1, any post-secondary student aged 28 years or older no longer qualifies for a student bus pass in Ottawa.
