Note: CLINIC EXIT EXAM GUIDELINES SPRING 2002 EXIT EXAM: FRIDAY, MARCH 1, 2002 RETAKE: FRIDAY, MARCH 15, 2002 Those interns who have taken and passed National Board Part IV Exam may be exempt from the Clinic Exit Exam IF their scores are submitted to Dr. Thomas’ office no later than Wednesday, January 30, 2002. No late scores will be accepted. All others currently enrolled in Internship III Practicum who have not previously passed the exam, must take & pass the Clinic Exit Exam this trimester in partial requirement for a diploma dated May 10, 2002. Written Exam: Radiology Exam: Technique Exam: Bring: Bring: Bring: Clinic Exit Exam Vital Information Spring 2002 Trimester Friday, March 1, 2002 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. Room 120 East You must be at room 120 East by 7:45 a.m. sharp. The test will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. No admittance of students arriving late once the test has begun. photo ID, scantron, two #2 pencils with an eraser 10:00 - 12:00 p.m. Rad Labs 1 & 2, East Bldg. You must meet at Room 120 East by 9:50 a.m. sharp. The test will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.. No admittance of students arriving late once the test has begun. A list will be posted with lab assignments. There will be no group/lab assignment substitutions. Photo ID, scantron, two #2 pencils with an eraser 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Beta Clinie You must be at the Beta Intern Lounge no later than 12:50 p.m. The test will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m.. No admittance of students arriving late once the test has begun. photo ID Once the test begins, no questions will be asked/answered. Pagers must be put on the silent mode. Cell phones must be put on monitor only or silent mode. The time allotted for the written exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once the time expires, students will be required to turn in their exams immediately. A sign-in roster will be circulated during the test for the students to sign. Signature, ID number, and test number must be included on this roster. CLINIC ATTIRE IS REQUIRED. + ++ ++ + too eros Clinic Exit Examination Spring 2002 Trimester Friday, March 1, 2002 ‘The Written Exam will begin precisely at 8:00 a.m. on March 1, 2002. Students are to meet at room 120 Kast @ 7:45 a.m. Once the test has begun, there will be no admittance of students once the testing has begun. ‘The written exam will consist of up to 100 multiple choice and true/false questions and/or matching. Each question has only one correct answer. Students are to choose the most appropriate answer to each question. Students are required to bring their Student I.D. badge with them to the exam. Dress attire is as follows: Business attire is required. Men - dress shirt, tie, slacks. Women - dress shirt, blouses, dresses, skirts, or slacks, Each student must bring a scantron, two #2 pencils and an eraser to both the written and the radiology test site, Once the test begins, no questions will be asked/answered. Pagers must be put on the silent mode. Cell phones must be put on monitor only or silent mode. The time allotted for the exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Students will be given a 10 minute, and a 30 second call before the exam ends, Time will be monitored by a digital wrist watch displayed on the video monitor in the room. ‘Once the time expires, students will be required to turn in their exams immediately. A sign-in roster will be circulated during the test, Each students signature, ID number, and test number are required on this roster.
