The application is feature rich, simple to use and flexible enough for small,medium or large organizations.The email marketing system is used by a number of Marketing Service Providers,Advertising Agencies and Lead Managers for providing services to their clients. Examplesof end customers include insurance agents, mortgage brokers, load officers, builders, andlead buyers.LeadPro Partners can administer their tenants’ (clients or sub-accounts) operations bylogging into their Control Account (also referred as Partner Account) using the followinglink.

 clients. This can be done either by logging into the individual sub-accounts or through thepartner administrator account.
Setting up New Sub-Accounts
 New client accounts can be setup using the following menu option:

New Tenant
Before starting the new account setup, the administrator should have the basic informationrequired in hand. The information includes the name and contact information for theclient, billing procedures to be followed, and login / password to be established.The following screenshot shows the basic information to be provided while setting up anew tenant as sub-account.If the setting “
Is this a Direct Billable Account
” is selected as “Yes”, then LeadProsystem will bill and process payment directly using LeadPro Merchant Account. If thisflag is set as “No”, then the Partner has the option to process payment via the Partner’sPayment Gateway. Even the Payment Process can be turned off, so that the partner can billthe end client packaged along with other services.
