Aနတၱလကၡဏသုတ္ ပါဠိေတာ္ ျမန္ မာျပန္ Aဂၤလိ ပ္
 
- Aနတၱ လကၡ ဏသု တ္Aမႊန္ း - (က) ဓမၼ စကၠ  ံပဝေတၱ တြ ာ၊ Aာသဠွ  ိ ယံဟိပု ဏၰေမ။ နဂေရ ဗာရာဏသိ ယံ  Iသိ ပတနဝွေယ ဝေန။(ခ) ပါေပတြ ာဒိဖလံေနသံ၊ Aႏု ကၠေမန ေဒသယိ။ ယံတံပကၡႆ ပUၥ မ်ံ  ဝိ မု တၱ တၳ  ံဘဏာမ ေဟ။ (က) ျမတ္ စြ ာဘုရားသည္ဝါဆိ  ု လျပည္  ့ေန႔ တြင္ဗာရဏသီ ျပည္၏Aနီ း  Iသိ ပတနေခၚ မိ ဂဒါဝုန္ေတာ၌ ပUၥ ဝဂၢ  ီAမည္ရွ  ိ ကုန္ေသာ ေကာ႑ည၊ ဝပၸ ဘဒၵ  ိ ယ၊ မဟာနာမ္၊ Aႆဇိရဟန္ းငါးUီ းတိ  ု ႔Aား ဓမၼ စၾကာေဒသနာေတာ္ ကိ  ု  ေဟာေတာ္ မူ၍ –(ခ) ေန႔ရက္AစU္ေထရ္ စU္ ဝါလိ  ု က္ေသာတာပတၱ  ိ ဖိ  ု လ္သိ  ု ႔  ဆိ  ု က္ေရာက္ေစေတာ္မူ ၿပီ း၍ ဝါဆိ  ု လျပည္ ႔ေက်ာ္(၅)ရက္ေျမာက္ေသာေန႔  ထိ  ု ပUၥ ဝဂၢ  ီငါးUီ းတိ  ု ႔၏ Aရဟတၱ ဖိ  ု လ္Aက်ဳိ းငွ ာ Aနတၱ လကၡ ဏသု တ္ ကိ  ု  ဆက္၍ေဟာေတာ္ မူ ၿပီထိ  ုAနတၱ လကၡ ဏသု တ္ ကိ  ုAိ  ု- သူေတာ္ေကာင္ းတိ  ု ႔  Aကြ ၽနု  ္ ပ္ တိ  ု ႔သည္ရြ တ္ဆိ  ု ပြ ားမ်ားၾကပါကုန္ စိ  ု ႔
() On the full moon day of Waso, at Isipatana, Migadawon forestnear Varanasi, Buddha taught the Dhammacakka Pavattana to fiveascetics; Kondanna, Vappa, Boddiya, Mahanam and ssaji. ( five
 
ascetics = the group of five were the monks who had previouslyfollowed the Bodhisatta while he was practicing austerities and wholater heard the First Discourse and became the Buddha's firstdisciples.)
 
(B) In succession by one another after attainment of Sotapatti Phalaon consecutive days, (on the 5th of waning Waso month) Buddhataught them the natta Lakkhana sutta for the attainment of  rahatta Phala. O, Good persons, let's recite this natta Lakkhanasutta now.-
Aနတၱ လကၡ ဏသု တ္နိဒါန္ း -
 
Eဝံေမ သု တံ... Eကံသမယံဘဂဝါ ဗာရာဏသိ ယံဝိ ဟရတိIသိ ပတေန မိ ဂဒါေယ။ တၾတ ေခါ ဘဂဝါ ပUၥ ဝဂၢ  ိေယ ဘိ ကၡဴ Aာမေႏၲသိဘိ ကၡေ၀ါတိ။ ဘဒၵေႏၲ တိေတ ဘိ ကၡဴ ဘဂဝေတာ ပစၥေႆာသံ  ု။ ဘဂဝါ Eတဒေဝါစ- Aခါတစ္ ပါး၌ ျမတ္ စြ ာဘုရားသည္ဗာရာဏသီ ျပည္Iသိ ပတန မိ ဂါ၀ုန္ေတာ၌ သီ တင္ းသံ  ု း ေနေတာ္ မူ၏။ ထိ  ုAခါ ျမတ္ စြ ာဘုရားသည္ပUၥ ၀ဂၢ  ီရဟန္ းတိ  ု ႔ ကိ  ု  ရဟန္ းတိ  ု ႔ ဟုမိန္ ႔ေတာ္ မူ၏။ Aသွ ်င္ဘုရားဟုထိ  ုရဟန္ းတိ  ု ႔သည္   ျမတ္ စြ ာဘုရားAား ျပန္ ၾကားေလွ ်ာက္ ထားၾက ကုန္၏။ The introduction of nattalakkha Sutta:t one time, Buddha was staying in sipatana, the Deer park, nearthe township of Varanasi. group of five Bhikkhus 'O! Bhikkhus, and the Bhikkhus answered, "Bhante" , then the Bhagava spoke thus: -

႐ူ ပကၡႏၶ ာ Aနတၱ ျဖစ္ ပံ  ု-
 
႐ူ ပံဘိ ကၡေဝ Aနတၱ ာ... ႐ူ ပUၥဟိဒံဘိ ကၡေဝ Aတၱ ာ Aဘဝိႆ၊ နယိဒံ႐ူ ပံAာဗာဓာယ သံ ဝေတၱ ယ်။  လေဗၻ ထ စ ႐ူေပ Eဝံေမ ႐ူ ပံေဟာတု၊ Eဝံေမ ႐ူ ပံမာ Aေဟာသီတိ။ ယသၼ ာ  စ ေခါ ဘိ ကၡေ၀ ႐ူ ပံAနတၱ ာ၊ တသၼ ာ ႐ူ ပံAာဗာဓာယ သံ ဝတၱ တိ။ န စ  လဗၻ တိ႐ူ  ုေပ Eဝံေမ ႐ူ ပံေဟာတု၊ Eဝံေမ ႐ူ ပံမာ Aေဟာသီတိ ရဟန္ းတိ  ု ႔႐ု ပ္သည္Aတၱ မဟု တ္၊ ရဟန္ းတိ  ု ႔႐ု ပ္သည္Aတၱ ျဖစ္ခဲ  ့ ျငားAံ  ့  ဤ႐ု ပ္သည္နာက်င္ ျခင္ းငွ  ါ မျဖစ္ရာ၊ ငါ၏႐ု ပ္သည္ဤသိ  ု ႔ ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ငါ၏႐ု ပ္သည္   ဤသိ  ု ႔မျဖစ္ေစလင္  ့ ဟု႐ု ပ္၌ ေတာင္  ့ တမႈ ကိ  ုရေကာင္ းရာ၏။ ရဟန္ းတိ  ု ႔  ႐ု ပ္သည္Aတၱ မဟု တ္ေသာေၾကာင္  ့နာက်င္ ျခင္ းငွ ာ ျဖစ္၏။ ငါ၏႐ု ပ္သည္   ဤသိ  ု ႔ ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ငါ၏႐ု ပ္သည္ဤသိ  ု ႔မျဖစ္ေစလင္  ့ ဟု႐ု ပ္၌ ေတာင္  ့ တမႈ ကိ  ု  ရလည္ းမရ။
"Matter, Bhikkhus, is neither the self nor a living entity" If matter,Bhikkhus, were the self, then matter would not tend to sickness,and one could say of matter, "Thus let matter happen to me thisway (in favorable condition), let matter not to happen to me thisway (in unfavorable condition)". But, Bhikkhus in as much as matteris not the self, which is why matter tends to sickness. nd onecannot say of matter, "Thus let matter be thus for me, let matternot be thus for me."
